Description

Job Duties: Supervise group of 5 to 6 IT technicians. Set daily workload and distribute among team based on availability and talent. Establish standard for incident and problem reporting. Frontage HEAT product for helpdesk ticket system. Communicate to management team status of day to day fixes and status of projects. Participate in performance and capacity planning sessions. Manage career path, annual reviews, training, hiring and firing. Maintain budget for IT operations in DC. Maintain DC IT inventory. Assist in new implementations and manage IT DC projects. Skill requirements: 5 years IT experience. 3 years IT experience in DC operation. 3 to 5 years management experience. 3 years experience with RF / wireless environment. 3 years experience with network devices.
